Shipping & Returns

Studio Vertu is very pleased to continue our longstanding tradition of making every single item to order in the quantity you desire, not in the way we want to package products.  This flexibility means that we are making this product just for YOU and not to sit on a shelf in a warehouse.  This means no minimums – nope, none – by style, by SKU or by order size and that we can carry a very large comprehensive image collection for you to peruse and enjoy. 


Since we don’t stock anything, returns are not generally accepted unless there is a significant defect such as a broken item, wrong item, severe color match issue.  Photographs of the defect are required prior to issuance of a Returned Material Authorization (RMA).  No returns are accepted without a RMA.  Due to the fact that we use a natural substrate hairline fractures can occur and we are happy to replace or issue credit  any product that is defective in this manner.   In most cases we do not want damaged materials sent back to us but return instructions will be included in your RMA paperwork.

If you are ordering custom product there are no accepted returns unless for damage or defect. 

You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within two to three weeks, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned product if necessary (5 to days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days). Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how best to resolve any issues with your product or order. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are shipping to Europe it most likely will be more economical to place your order with Studio Vertu Europe Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or to military bases or installations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you our capacity to produce.  Our standard shipper is UPS.   If you choose an alternative shipping method we will not be able to provide a freight estimate in cost or delivery time.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based along with distance (zip code). To reflect the policies of UPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our standard case pack of 80 coasters weighs 50 pounds and is always your most economical means for freight.  Alternatively our next best rate for freight is for a half case size of 40 coasters which weighs 25 pounds.
